प्रति Timo20 : Lots. But your budget is important. If spending a bit is no problem, there can be no other reccommendation than the Erostek 312B, or get one of the community project devices which are running now, the MK-312BT POWER UNIT. Check out erostek.com
For electrodes, I reccommend the conductive rubber combo pack (from the same website). For insertable, do not go too big unless you know your comfort zone.Check out https://www.e-stim.co.uk/, they have great stuff. A good start could be MJ, the Large Flo, or the Small Torpedo.
I also reccommend using a tri-phase setup, but be sure you understand how to set that up to avoid any damage to your system or inefficient setup.
